Fourth of July Weekend

We had a terrific time this past weekend. We had a fun family outing with Chris, Derek, and our family. We went to Crown Center Friday morning (due to the rain) but had a great time. Ayla loved the Crayola store, plus she loved eating at the "choo choo" place. Then that afternoon we went to Worlds of Fun. We had a fun time there. She rode her first ride, a train. Then, she also rode her first roller coaster with her dad. She wasn't too sure about that one. She enjoyed playing in the ball pit. The adult rides, she wasn't that much into. Then Saturday we went to Oceans of Fun. Ayla had just got used to it when it was time to leave, but she had a good time in the kid areas. We adults had a blast too. Then the night was followed with LOTS of fireworks. Worlds of Fun did a great job. We will probably go back next year. Good times and a great place to stay.
