10 Months Already!

Brooklyn Bear,

I seriously can't believe that you are already 10 months old today. Here is what you are up to these days.

*You got tubes on Monday due to the ear infection that would not go away. We are hoping that you feel much better now. Dr. Denninghoff said your ears were full of thick mucas. So time will tell.

*You take one nap a day now (this is very recent).

*You still eat a little baby food, but for the most part you only eat table foods. You love peas and green beans as well as turkey, ham, and chicken. Your favorite fruit is bananas.

*You still breastfeed very well.

*You take your bath at 6:45 every night and are sleeping by 7:15 and will sleep till 7:30-9 in the morning. You are a great sleeper at nighttime! (not so much during the day)

*When you sleep your suck your left hand thumb and hold onto the tag on your purple blanket.

*You love to chase Ayla around the house and get into all of her stuff.

*You are very serious! You don't smile for many people expect mom, dad, and Ayla!

*Everyone still comments on your beautiful blue eyes.

*You can say mama, dada, and cat. You love saying the word "cat" the most.

*You love it when we put our arms in the air and say "YEAH", then you mimic us and do the same. It's seriously adorable!

*You have learned how to get your arm out of your shirts.

*You still have very little hair, but you are starting to get some.

*You weigh 20 lbs!

*You crawl like a mad woman but you do not like socks or shoes on because it makes it much harder for you to get around. So, you just take them off.

*You are putting your butt up in the air and trying to pull up on things but you haven't mastered that yet.

*You hate your carseat. Hate is a calm word too. Everytime I put you in there you scream and cry. Sometimes you calm down, sometimes you cry the whole time. You really hate it when you are put in and out of the carseat multiple times. So I have to limit the number of stops for the sanity of us both.

*I love the looks you give. They aren't always nice, but your looks say a million words.

*I LOVE YOU! You are an awesome kid and I love everything about you.
