On Friday, our baby girl will be TWO! Honestly, where has time gone? The coolest thing is, this morning I woke up and asked Ayla, "How old will you be on Friday." She said, "TWO!" She is such a smart cookie. Here are the things she is doing now...
*Loves to play....especially with money, books, balls, and of course slide!
*Loves to imitate the things we do and say
*Is talking so much more. When she was eating grapes last week she said, "na-mol has these in her kitchen." She is working on putting together words into sentences, which is so cool to see!
*Learning how to count, she can do one, two, three thus far (she isn't that much into it, but I keep at her)
*Loves to go to classes with other kids and interact with them. Tumble Bee's and swimming she absolutley loves and can't get enough of!
*Doesn't like to be home, she likes to go, go, go (just like her parents)
*Yells, "HOME" when we pull in the neighborhood
*Knows all of her colors (however she mixes up purple and pink and orange and red)
*Loves the color blue and likes purple too
*Likes her hair being done in a ponytail or barrette
*Loves to color, especially with markers
*When I asked her what she wanted for her birthday she said a dog, milk, water, markers, and Elmo.
*Ayla loves to watch "Wee Sing" DVD's as well as Elmo (she is only allowed two of them a day).
*She LOVES to read, she does it all the time in her crib. She loves Scratch and Sniff books.
*She also loves to be outside, she just goes about and finds her own activities. The other day we as a family picked up a bucket of acorns and she thought it was cool.
*Can get in her carseat by herself and does NOT want any help (this takes a while).
*Very independent (wonder where she got that from?)
